Requirements to Rent the Clubhouse
- Must be a resident of the HOA
- Assessments are current at the time of reservation and rental
- Owner/Tenant is the primary host and present during at all time during the event
- Refundable deposit and rental fees must be paid by Owner/Tenant
Rental Agreement, deposit and reservation fees must be received by Hubbell Community Management within 10 days of the reservation request or the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit refund review process may take up to 30 days to be completed and will not begin until the Clubhouse Condition Checklist has been received.
